WHAT IS WEIGHTLIFTING LEVEL 2?
The Level 2 class is designed for intermediate athletes who have had firsthand experience in all lifts. This is targeted for those who wish to break plateaus and further develop their already existing foundation. We focus on taking what you have already learnt in your previous training so that you continue building strength along with finding unique ways to perform your lifts more efficiently.
