WHAT IS POWERLIFTING LEVEL 2?

The Level 2 class is designed for intermediate athletes who have had firsthand experience in the 3 barbell lifts for at least one year. This is targeted for those who wish to break plateaus and further develop their already existing foundation. We focus on taking what you have already learnt in your previous training so that you continue building strength along with finding unique ways to perform your 3 big lifts more efficiently.

WHY CHOOSE POWERLIFTING LEVEL 2?

  • Ideal for those who have practiced barbell training (especially squats, bench and deadlift) for over 1-2 years.
  • Great for individuals looking to develop and increase mastery in skills of the 3 big lifts.
  • Level 2 graduates will have an increased movement proficiency on executing the big 3 lifts, including an understanding of what works best for them in regards to stance/grip/lift/cues/etc.
